I'm ok...just sore. I got 3 fractured ribs, bruised lung, cut-up foot that needed stitches, and a sore shoulder. Just got released from hospital this morning.
I can't remember much of what happened...but I was told that they pulled me out of the car and a minute later it blew up...im just lucky to be alive still...

Not s stupid assumption at all. What are you going to write in the police report, that you cannot recall what had happened? I don't think insurance company will pay you out base on that.
