Default Plumback hose?

hey guys,

i connected a bov to my top mount today, which in turn has left my factory plumback hose left open??... does this matter?..will it cause any damage??

That return hose goes back into the Turbo Inlet .. Leaving it open can't be good, as your turbo will be sucking in air which hasn't been calculated by the AFM ..

Get the old elboy from your plumback and nicely fit a bottlecap lol...

I dont condone doing this btw!

But dont leave it open..

If you're gonna plug it up, plug it with something which has absolutely no way of going down that hose .. Cause if it does, you'll know about it real quick!

Bottle top off coke bottle or something and used factory clamp thats what i done!

Dodgy and could do damage if goes through turbo but thats the risk you take just get a turbosmart or gfb plug fits directly in but for now you can do what i done!

thanks guys... i have found a wooden shovel handle that is a niiice tight snug fit and then with that clamp also tightened up, i can't really see it going anywhere..

Does it matter if it is wood the plug?

This was another reason why i went a 50/50 valve .. You still use the recirc hose with it
