I get 2kg oil pressure at idle and 6kg when cold and 5-6kg when driving flat out.

Takes roughly 8 seconds to go from 0 pressure to 6kg pressure after starting the car. So if you wait 10 seconds before doing anything you shouhld be right to have full oil pressure up.

My engine coolant temp never gets over about 85 and usually sits on 80-83

My Exhaust Temp is anywhere between 200-630deg from idle to thashing it, Water Temp sits between 85-98deg (fan kicks in at 98deg) normal to thrashing, and Boost over reads by 0.1bar.
