Turbo outback

G-day guys I have just purchased a 2000 model Subaru Outback and I was wondering would it be possible to change it into a Turbo model...

Can I add just a turbo
Do I just change the engine to a WRX motor

Also I am not happy with the brakes....any suggestions????????////
