Default knocking noise in engine

hey guys just bought a rex from nsw just got it everything was cool till i heard a knocking noise from the engine it need a service does anyone one if the motor is F&^ked????

depends how bad mate. If its early stages of big end bearing then the bearing can be replaced providing the crank isn't fucked. If it's too late then it'll need a rebuild or new motor......

worse thing about buying a car u cant see your self. buy local.

i wouldnt drive it any more unless its to a workshop. to get looked at.

i bought my car from qld, its a beauty! thing is i flew over there to look at it.

Got mates to inspect mine for me over east when I bought my first Skyline. Even paying a workshop over there is a smart move

150 dollar inspection > 4k repair job
