Were just gonna have to wait and see how sales will go. They may sell more of these than the current PIGGY's who knows. Still hanging out for the 2008 WRX STi see if they have done that any better

That article was written before the MY08 was officially released. Wow.

I find it hilarious that all these people are bagging out the car based on a couple of pictures. Personally I think it looks fantastic and will be a good seller for Subaru. Remember, they are looking at sales for the whole Impreza range and not just the WRX model. Also a WRX isn't that special. They are trying to make a distinct difference between the WRX and the STI.

Bugeye was bagged out for being ugly, Peanut was seen as a good improvement and then the Pig was bagged out for being ugly.

If you don't like it, fine. I don't like the Evo X, but I'm not going to post up every two seconds saying how they spoiled the looks of the Evo 9.

Bring on the STI!

Im with you John. Im not a fan of the Evo X, but a lotta people are. The MY08 will be a good performer sales wise purely because it will appeal to a wider audience. The STi will no doubt be a balls-out belter, so the haters should wait for that before pissing on Subaru. Its the same with every car ever made - some like, some dont. I personally love the 7 series BMW, a lot of others think Bangles ruined the whole brand...

Have any of you seen what the new sedan is going to look like?

Found a MOTOR magazine on the plane today, had a massive write up about the 2008 sti and wrx... its pretty much bagged out in this article as in most atm. But think of the Kia Rio... and thats what the sedan is going to look like. The write up was based on the New York showing of the cars in the flesh.
