Default Eoi

Expression of interest please;

PWRX Driver training day, AHG or MC or something similar.

The VTECnique guys did a day in the wet, bit of cone work on the skidpan then a few laps in the wet conditions, great learning experience for all. Mind you, they were driving Hondas...

With the WRX appealing to a younger crowd these days (lower prices 2nd hand and more money floating around the place) i think it is important to prevent more nasty fridays light that just gone.

A very enjoyable day and highly suitable club outing

Thoughts? Proposals? Prices? Let it flow...

Yes, would love some more track days. The IWRXOC ones are usually really well done but there is not enough a year
Try to keep it to say 20 people Max, say $60 a track day (well half a day) , that gives everyone heaps of time to have runs. have the skidpan set up on the same course that the mr2's use That was a bit more challenging and hopefully they will be in the wet.

I have done the defensive driving course in your own car, and was good, because they let you loose control but then again some cars did the course at like 20 km.h. It is a good introduction (better than driving on the road) to driving but a real track day is much bettert.

The IWRXOC events are a great place to learn with very good instructors. One coming up on July 8 on the skidpan at AHG. Not sure if its filled up yet.

RMS do the occasional autokhana driver training day. Did one early in the year and was great value. Website/forum www.ppmotorsport.com is where they get posted first.

Would be interested in any other event organised.
