Default Tein coilovers

anyone got tein coilovers in their gc8 ? keen to get some coiovers but unsure of that to get.

anyone know if theres any difference in height adjustment between flex and super street ? looked all over for info but no help so far...

I think "GETAGRIP" runs teins in a GC8

yeah i hear they are pretty noisey. what would be a better option for a dumped ride height and decent handling ?

would go for lowered coils but I want the option of raising it up if needed.

got teins in g/f's gf8...no noise at all & handles 10 times better than my old gc8 with just s/low springs...

Yeah, GETAGRIP's are very noisy. Don't know why but just are.

Have been in an Evo with Tein Flex and are quiet.

Springs wont help the handling. Coilovers are a good option. The Tien Flex are fair for the money. Keep in mind that they are at the lower end of the "good" coilover market.

yeah i dont really wanna spend huge amounts of $$ at the moment as I wont be doing any track work just yet. mainly after the option to lower it to the max.

Hey guys,

Yer got TEIN HA's in mine. The noisy part is the rear pillow ball mounts in the tein top hats. Laziness on my part means I haven't got round to fixing it yet. But in terms of handling I cant fault them - couple of victories at MC will back me up on that

ive been told with the tein HA's theres a jap and Aus spec coilover ? is this true ? the aus one being more suited for australian roads or something ?

Does this sound right Alex ?
