For those of you who arnt members and cant read that....

Hi Peoples:

I own a 2006 Forester STI and I currently reside and work in Japan. I am returning soon to Australia and am wondering whether or not i should apply for a personal import for my car, or sell the car here in Japan. Most likely I will send it back, but I would like to get some expression of interest in the car before I make the decision.

The car is bran new and only a few minor scratches, and has 17,000kms on it. For more details and a nice review article on the ca, please see the following link:

http://cars.ign.com/articles/608/608656p1.html

Please email me on:

pauldes@softbank.ne.jp

I will be happy to email and pics of the car.

If I sent the car back to oz, I would ask around $45,000k - $48,000k

Thanks
Now im no subaru fan boy, i like cars for what they are.

That is... pretty farking cool!!

They did a road test on the Forester STI on 5th Gear and it handled bloody well for its shape and size.

Yes, they are nice cars. JDM's always get the best of everything.

When i was over in Japan, i did visit the STI Customization store and we saw lots and lots of different variants and i was rather impressed with the amount of choice the JDM get.

Hot! Theres a new Forester XT STI Conversion living across the road from me. It would be totally worth bringing over something like that.

it will kill a Turbo Territory!.. o-100 in very low 5's hence, STi Foz is faster than STi wrx

isnt the Territory around 2.5 tonne? and with a 320hp-ish motor... not good times for high speed runs The foz is around 1.5 tonne and 300 odd HP.. do the maths.

It wont happen.

Im sure a serious Subaru fan will buy this, and his pricing seems fair if you read what another has sold for
