Water marks on windows, pls help

Water marks on windows, pls help

On my way to work my wrx got shat on by a pelican

so I hosed it down but did't dry it. My paint and windows now seem to be etched by the mineral deposits in the tap water. I'll be able to polish it out of the paint but the windscreen and windows seem to be etched. Any ideas on how to get the marks off the glass?
