what is a yellow sticker exactly?
why is one issued, how long does it last and whats the restrictions for one?

a yellow sticker is a defect notice given by the police!

they will give one to you if they think or know tat something on your car is illegal! the time given to get over the pits varies but i think the average is about 2 weeks!!!


as to restrictions permits will help to prevent getting one but it is not certain as the cop may decide to be a prick and give you one anyway!!

yeah there is some places like at welshpool where you can go and just line up ( i know because i had to go over the pits 2 weeks ago lol) but sometimes you will have to wait 2hrs or so to get through
