Default Is an engine swap legal?

Hi guys,

I have been researching every option possible, engine rebuild, engine swap etc. and was just interested in the legalities.

If I swap an EJ25 into my MY99 what do I have to do so my insurance is legal?

Look on the www.dpi.wa.gov.au
from memory you can change motors but they must be newer than the one already fitted, also engine numbers will need to be changed on the DPI records.
