was driving next to/behind a 555 stickered four door full rally spec WRX, had no plates but had Hooper?? name it, was down Roe highway last night about 7:45ish. looked mint

Dark blue...that would be Phil Hooper (STi)...Targa West entrant.

yep that was him, remember now you said Phil, nice looking rally car, looked like it had offroad tyres and mudflaps on it last night but was very clean and straight!

Spotted STILL8 (silver peanut eye with a kit), turning off the Roe this afternoon.

Tried to catch upto you but just got there as you turned off, lol.
