Hey guys im looking at upgrading to a 07/08 XT in a couple of weeks and I need to know just a few things, what sort of deal could I ask for from the dealer, this is what im chasing:

Thats what im after, I will be financing the car with a decent deposit 8k and a 99gx with only 65,000 on her and in Mint condition so maybe 12-14k trade in?

Is there anything that I should be asking from the dealer as in deals maybe some free accesories from above list, I will be going to the dealer that I purchased the car off we have bought three subies off them so hopefully they will come up with some kind of deal for me. Does anyone know the time it takes for a delivery of a newy?

Agree. That way you do not go out your way and they will come to you if they want the deal. Best way to deal with a yard.

Then when you get into the dealership thats the cheapest have someone ring you and pretend it's another dealership about to come to the party for 1k less than what this one has offered and start to walk out. I bet you save yourself another grand.

Search around for cheapest price...remember that the Forester is in run-out mode with the new one due in March '08 so you should be able to get a reasonable deal. Fit everything aftermarket yourself...ie DON'T buy any extras from a dealer.

well ive got the pink purchase slip from signing today in my hot little hand so another silver XT with sti suspension soon to come on the road.....cant wait till i pick her up this week :-)
