loud noise over 210kmh - Perth-WRX.com

I know it has been discussed before but I can't find anything about this by searching. Today on a country drive on a dead straight empty road my 04 may have got over 210kmh and while there it may have made a loud howling noise like blowing over the top of a bottle. It may have done this twice upon reaching the 210 mark and would have prbbably been coming from the right hand side of the bonnet area.. Can anyone tell me what it is?

fold your mirrors back and try again, or check the inner guard plastics.

Bonnet didn't appear to move but side mirrors sound familiar from past threads on the topic.

Yeah DooM, I know, I know. I don't usually drive at speeds considered safe on many European and Northern Teritory roads.
