I was pulled over once bcos the copper thought i was a P plater without my plates up...when he realized he was wrong he inspected my car & fined me 50 bucks bcos i had oil on my engine. It wasn't leaking, when i was topping it up it spilled & i couldn't wipe the oil in those hard to reach places. He told me he should yellow sticker it but fined me instead.

i was done for J walking on murray street. i was with about 15 or so people who crossed when the little man was red. i didnt know any one else but the officer advised me he was making an example of me. by recolaction i think it was $150

i had the same thing happen without the fine or yellow luckily.

i got pulled over for a license check, basically to see if i was suppose to be on my P's. one male, one female officer. the male officer actually had a bet with the female officer that i was supppose to be one my P's... he lost... i was about 23 at the time!! he told me about the bet too, i was let go with them smiling and him saying he owes her a drink....?

Not a fine as such, but i was at a meet point one night and Mr. Plod pulled up and started walking around with his yellow sticker book saying "who wants one of these?" I said "I do!" He came marching over to me looking quite happy that he was going to punish this little smartarse only to see that it already had a sticker. And was still in date.
