As the title suggests, the 205 is no more. Dad started it the other morning and as he reversed out of the driveway it shot a conrod, cold and at idle. There was a massive strip of oil on the road and the driveway so we flatbedded it to RMS. Once the engine was out we got a good look at the hole, was fairly little but enough to fuck the valves and obviously the engine, so,

It was either put in another 205 or bite the bullet and go with a 207 which coincidentally Subaru had some sorta special on so thats what we went with. While its a bit of a costly exercise we were planning on a rebuild eventually and this just kinda forced our hand but oh well, bring on the boost
