Default Sway Bar Question

Is there a difference in the front sway bar shape between a GC5 and a GC8?

Got a GC8 crossmember in with the GC5 sway bar and it looks like it is hitting the crossmember where the scalloped section is below the dump pipe.

I have a swaybar from a 98wrx powerup sitting in the shed.....doesn`t look much diffrent/have a clearance on the drivers/turbo side.....but you can have it for $10 if you need it.
