Well Subaru knows.

The sedan was made for the US market and we just get some left overs. Hatch only in Japan and Subaru have said there will not be a sedan version of the STi.

Afterall buyers of the STi are getting it for performance and not looks.

Bit of different situation. That was a wagon really, not a hatch (despite the name). Didnt make for a great WRCar.

My apologies, i should have specified that you never know what
they will release down the track such as another sti sedan but
obviously not the 08/09 releases.
