Default Questions about possible new purchase - 2001 WRX STi

Heya

I just have a few questions about this vehicle for sale

http://www.carsales.com.au/used-cars...de&Make=SUBARU

it seems cheap and just wondering about this model? are they decent for power?

also what about modifying?

anything I should know about them really? anything to look for? do the engines blow after certain km's?

uAs my knowledge of Subaru's is very limited, just wanted to know if there is anything to look out for?

Thanks

Saw it on the dealer's website...high ks, but cheap if it has full service history and test drive goes well I guess...

theyre all dead keen when a swap is involved to get you to the dealership, then the hard work begins.

Price is cheap, but kms are high.

I'd take it to ASG and get Sean to look at it.. if its unmodded, the 207 should still be going strong... Hard to say what its going to be like without seeing it, but it is pretty cheap! Get it looked at by a reputable Subaru Mechanic

I'd be tempted to take it to a good panel beater & make sure some Habib hasn't bought it from Pickles as a write off & glued it together with chewing gum either as that plate isn't too old.
