Default Half cage ?

Ok I've read the theories on roll cages but I have a problem, I have bought a GC8 which I will be using 95% for track work so will not be using rear seat, the previous owner has fitted sparco seats & williams harness's but no harness bar, don't like the idea of using a harness without a cage. 2 options 1) fit a bolt in half cage with harness bar 2) pull out harness's & run with standard belts with sparco seats ?

in my opinion, well done on not wanting harnesses without a cage. 95% track work? i would put one in at anything over 50% cusco do a bolt in 6 point for wrx so why not check that out over the half cage?

I as looking at a bond cage as it is cams approved (when front section fitted) so gave me the option later, also 5% driving without helmet wasn't too keen with front section.
