Default Fuel Economy

Just for those with GD's interest. Came back from Adelaide over the past 2 days ( into a F&^KIN strong head wind ) and the economy sucked.

Thought I would just get to Border Village without resorting to the Jerry can. Alas it started to go a little dougie on the accelerator with 16 km to go. Still idled fine when I pulled up so no I didn't run it out.

Accounting for the measured 10 liters ( I put 10.1 Liters in the jerry when I filled it ) an 06 STi starts to splutter at 55 liters and thats filled right to the top ( about 53 1/2 at the normal fast fill shut off )

Disclaimer: I do have a hyperflow anti surge pickup thingy which may or may not make a difference but sure as hell don't get the 60 liters they claim out of it.
