Default ummm WTF!!

So i have no idea what is goin on was giving the car a bit of a boot the other week and then i saw what i thought was the ignition light that looks like a key start flashing like it does when you first get in your car! Thought i was just seeing things so slowed down and there hasnt been any problems since...until last night !!! was driving home and again gave it a foot full and this time im 100% sure the key light was flashing then my alarm when off whist i was driving WTF??? Seems to only happen when im on full boost and not all the time its really strange . Was wondering if this is a brant issue? or is it to do with the verso?? Has anyone had the same problem??

Thanks Trav

did you have a passenger in the car? sure they wern't nudging the handbrake up so the light came on? fun trick ...

would be worthwhile checking your engine oil and brake fluid too while your at it, just incase you thought you saw a different light

just received a recall letter yesterday regarding this issue... It is apparently caused by voltage interference...

I have had the issue a few times, so I will be booking the car in to get the fix done!

Was interesting to say the least... I've gotten pretty quick at restarting it though!

I tried to get it fixed up a while back(after the Wanneroo incident) but they said I needed a letter or they couldnt guaruntee it would be warranty... got the letter now tho... so all good!!
