Default Getting new springs. Any advice

I've had a look at some of the other threads but because my car is a N/A I thought measuements would be different etc.

So..I'm getting new springs for my RX this week and have been recommended some Kings fitted at $546 at Wilkinson. I'm not a fan of the gap between the wheel and the fender so I want to get a nice height. I know king super lows lower the car around 50mm but is this to much? Will it rub? At the same time I don't see the point lowering the car 20-30mm with King lows, because you can't see the difference. Am I right?

Cheers

Harry.

My Whitelines lower 40mm apparently. Is naice. Think another 10mm would be too much. Mine are pretty close to scrubbing on guards at the rear as it is.

I agree ^^ whiteline flatouts are pretty good. Dopped my car around 35 mm or so. Have a chat with John @ Wheels World.

Whiteline flat outs as BN01 said are a good appearance and also a quality spring for handling, the whiteline controls dont really lower it hugely but work under tension or something? like around a corner they harden up but for cruising they remain soft-ish.

Depends how much you would like to spend

I usually try to get quotes from places including Wilkinson's and WA Suspensions...and in the future, Wheels World

Whiteline are no longer supplying springs so they might be out of the question. I just got Kings super lows fitted to my wrx and I'm very happy with them, perfect hight and great ride and handeling.

LOL you sure about this? Plus 1 for Whiteline flatouts will be your best option for ride comfort and dumpage. John at Wheels World is the man to see for this work.

Yes this is true...Whiteline have ceased springs, though there may be some final stocks available over the next few weeks. Talk to Wheels World.
Another option will be H&R springs which are also cold wound like Whiteline (unlike Kings which are hot wound).
