does removing the cat make a big difference in noise? any negatives to removing it?

you have a 3.5" TBE?(as per sig) if so, i'd assume you already have an aftermarket cat in it?

LOL whilst that sidepipe did have a 'muffler' i don't think we could count it as an 'exhaust' moreso a turbo 'outlet'
