I run Firestone Firehawk Wide Ovals. I find them very reliable and low noise. I got mine for $195 a corner with RAC discount (normally $202/corner i think?). But these are for 17's so most definitely cheaper for 16's.

Thanks Pettata, I saw in your thread earlier that you were happy with the Wide ovals. I am actually running Firehawk SZ50's on the back so I might give the Ovals a look as well. Where did you get the wide ovals from again?

i swear by Hankook K104's.
my housemate has them on his rex, and i run them on my 300rwhp skyline and i have to push it *hard* to loose traction. |

You should be replacing the rears as well. Unless a new centre diff is on the shopping list as well!

the bridgestone G3's are really good value for money good grip levels wet and dry,
quiet and a decent life. Also look at the pirelli P6000 can be a bit pricey but they are great performers stay away from cheap tyres!! |

I've got Bridgestone Potenzas on mine which were on the wheels when I bought them second hand from Jap Wholesale Importers, I think they must be the std WRX tyre over there, they are wearing pretty good n stick like shit to a blanket wet or dry,I know he has heaps up there so if you want to save some cash n try them it might be worth giving him a call on 0418559267 Darren.
