Default Amcap

Hi All,

What is the rough difference in percentage between retail and trade pricing for parts thru Amcap?

I need some fender liners and clips etc.

Ta,

Joe.

no idea, this might give you a rough idea though,
just an example

MY03-07 WRX Sedan - WRX Lowering Upgrade
Part No:STIGLOSKIT03
Amcap = trade price $413.87*
* Trade Price Excludes GST

subaru australia
Part No:STIGLOSKIT03
(unfitted) $505.85

= $91.13* without gst added for Amcap products

does the "trade price" mean you have to trade your existing item for the new item your buying?

not really,
just wanted to know if, say the above is the example,
if you bought the springs, you would have to trade in your old springs to get that price,
bunnings have trade price's, where a persons job is a trade and they get certain discounts, they dont actualy trade anything for supplies other than money, etc,
its a friday arvo and im half wake; running on caffeine

trade price is for businesses. Usually need to supply an ABN to receive the trade discount.

Please be friday funnies...

It's trade prices for people in the trade (i.e. have an account). Not that they trade your bits.

Ummm..

TRADE means that you are a tradesperson working in the automotive business, not necessarily because you need to trade your old parts in!

Pretty sure it was about 25-30% of RRP (discounts can vary for trade customers), note you can not buy STi accessories from Amcap/Subaru Parts WA.
