Anyone know the owner of this he has a green my97 too he aint on here though?

looking at it tomoz or sunday he wants 14k (after haggling) it has done 160km and its std bar a turbo back exhaust coilovers and sti foglight covers.....

goodies he has off his green one (which is off the road) he said he will throw in are vf34, brand new fmic and ceramic coated headers plus a new walbro fuel pump (new)

oh car has organic clutch too :cool:

Sold my '98 for $14k early last year...Similar Ks...I'd offer less, see how you go!

it's a 97-98 with 99-00 front bar, headlamps, bonnet.

black door handles and mirrors give it away bud

its got 99 front bumper and interior....

i see chassis number will say though wont it??

just thought it has the coil pack on top of inlet in the centre as well you guys sure its a 98?? its advertised as a 99 too

No they are wrong it is a 99 and has 4 pots people on forum dont know as much as they think they know.

Yeh, coil offset to the side is 99/00.

yeah i know now for sure its a my99, i had a my99 in the uk (1 of my 8 scoobys) and my door handles werent color coded either and the engine is identical :) :)

no in the uk we got blue over black with grey for 99/00.

97/98 got the grey over black!!

Early MY99 had black handles and mirrors. My old MY99 was like that
until I painted everything.

Later MY99 and MY00 had colour coded.

yeah plus they had reading maps early 99 didnt 99/00 did :)

v34 is $1500 new, fmic probably $500, headers plus coating would be close to $800 and fuel pump $200, thats a decent set of kit to get for free!

yeah i know lol vf34 is 2nd hand though, but even so as long as it seems ok ie no play in shaft, headers dont think i will keep tbh as last time i got headers they were ported heat wrapped etc, i didnt notice a differance lol

but yeah sounds promising just hope the car is ok and maybe able to knock him down a little more :) :) :)
