Ride Height

I've got an 06 WRX and have just installed an STi front lip.

Original ground clearance at the front bumper was around 20cm
With the front lip installed, it is about 15cm.
I want to install a set of Super Lows which will drop the ride another 4 to 5.5cm (or so I've been told)

Is ~10cm enough clearance for everyday driving?

I know there are many cars out there that are far lower but I want to know that I will be able to clear most speed bumps, driveways etc. Any experiences with this sort of ride height would be greatly appreciated - especially 06/07s with a front lip + lowered suspension.
