That FM looks wrong - it doesn't follow the shape of the front end styling at all - cheapens the look of the car due to it's slapped together feel about it - perhaps paint it stealth black to conceal it.

Its a Hybrid. I reckon it looks farkn good!!! Looks better in real life, will run awesome with a turbo.

Sorry - i don't think you've gained much surface area over a toppy too - when you take into account the numberplate & how much of the IC is covered by the bottom section of the front bar. I think the pig nose kits need to be more elongated to fit the front air dam opening.

Yeah I'm with you on this one Fred...not what I would put on mine (then again I probably wouldn't put any FM on mine)...

is the fmic centered? looks slightly to the right by my eye. either way, i agree with what the others have said.. sits too low, isnt big enough to fill the gap, and the piping looks neat but is about as long as your exhaust.

You will probably also have troubles with cops.... I have been able to say to the cops 3 times when pulled over that my Front mount was legal because it is totally contained within the body structure and that it is securely mounted at every point (points finger at the very nice speedworks aluminium bolts and securing points everywhere). This settles them down heaps and I am yet to get a yellow despite Angle mount big turbo, front mount, aftermarket fuel lines. Also had a cop comment that because I didnt have a pod filter (exposed in engine bay) that the car must be fairly "stock".

By the way I am not joining in on bashing you for getting that intercooler setup, just suggesting that you might get your kit modified a little bit to fit it better at the front. Get some custom pipework if need be.

yep have to agree with others on the look, just not quite right and have seen plenty on 06 US STI's. Congrats none the less on mods and hope that gives you heaps more cold air Jaron!
