It would be good to see Block and/or Atko get into WRC for 2010, the more drivers the better, makes for more competition.

It would be even better to see some Japanese factory teams back in WRC. WRC doesn't feel quite the same to me without the likes of GT4s, WRXs and Evos. . .

At least the IRC has more than two cars. Personally I think the WRC should go this way rather than the new 1600wrc.

I Agree, but not because they were Japanese, but because you could buy a road car version that had some sting to it. Not like rallying a WRC version of a nanna spec Citroen, Peugeot or Ford that only come in FWD.
Group A rules spawned some great road car homologation models like the Quattro and Delta Integrale. The WRC rules were supposed to make it easier for the maufacturers to participate without having a decent road car base. Fug 'em I say, make them build 500 road cars.
