I bought a box of these from Rexnet also, smoked like an Indian tribal meeting when used on my GC8.

It's not even made by Subaru. It's made by Bars in Melbourne, same mob that make 'Bars Leaks' the product 9 out of 10 dodgy car yards recomend!

The genuine cans of UEC direct from a Subaru dealer aren't expensive.
I wouldn't bother using anything else from elsewhere, even if it claims to be genuine.
