Default new zorst

Got the new HKS system on the car..

Sounds awesome, no drone and under wot it's crazy!!!

Interesting thing to note..

All items are HKS products (except for the cat which is the new Metal cat) and are supposed to be direct bolt on.. When the front pipe was fitted and the centre pipe put on to the hangers, they overlapped by about 5 inches.. and that's without the cat on!!!

Spools up really fast now with the new cat, you can see right through the mesh but it's fully legal in aus.. Recommend it to anyone. They flow bench tested it against other high flow units and it was around a 10% restriction where the next best one was over 40%...

Pics here:

Nope no sound clips, there was one floating around on one of the wrx sites where the guy idles it and then revs it, sounds very similar to that...

No underneath pics yet, but will get some and post up, sits nice and snug up underneath, no lower than the old exhaust..

Darken, for everything including fitting around $1,700...

HKS Catback = $925
HKS dump = $270
Metal cat = $360
Fitting = $140

Hrmm......
Thinking about some Xforce parts, but ive heard that the "bolt on" bits are more like "piss around for two hours to get the f**kers to fit" bits.
Reccomendations, got a pretty decent HKS system already...
