Hey guys i was wondering where i can get a turbo timer installed on my STi...its a my00 so its got that keypad security thing...i herd it can be a pain to install a turbo timer with that so if you could name some places i could get it installed that would be great... thanks

Brant and Turbo timers dont mix.. dont know how to get them to work though ?

mine works fine with the brant keypad, got the apexi pencil version, think i got it done at evolution-r.

Only person I'd trust with a job like that is Daren from Technik.

After all my stereo gear got stolen I decided to ditch the brant/keypad in favor of something that actually had sensors.

Autowatch do a great alarm which includes a turbo timer which u can remote shut engine off from remote... also can get window closure glass shock, etc etc etc

i know a guy who installs them for couple hundred cheaper than shops. he is licenced and actually works for a shop though...

Agreed if you really have to get a TT, get something that looks bling (Greddy ones look cool!!) and get Darren at Technik to install it. Its worth paying a tad more for the work he does.

They installed mine recently with my alarm and it all works great, really happy, although i rarely use the TT....

I belive autowatch also have a keypad alarm with all the sensors remote start and u can put a turbo timer on with it. I dunno what turbo timer i got but it works fine with it and works with the anti hijacking system aswell (open or close front doors car shuts itself down). it looks like a cheapy one but i wouldnt know. it does the job and tells me voltage from the batt to which is important for me aswell.

i phoned up daran at technik today and he said im looking at around $200 just to install the turbo timer....

so i think im going to look at getting a full alarm system with inbuilt turbo timer and remote start
