Can't see why not. Bet if you bought one his other items then said "oops sorry I didn't mean to hit buy now" there is no way he would let you off. If people could do whatever they wanted then just say sorry on eBay do you think it would work?

Fair enough if it went through the first time, but going out of your way to try and profit from his mistake when you know the price wasn't right in the first place is a dog act imo, I have pressed buy now on a 3k lens on two sites (both Hong Kong) by accident and cancelled afterwards with no problems before......

Its not like he is going to go out of bussiness with a few underpriced intake hoses. He has a company worth of parts. I have had some bad experiences with sellers from China, ( Wrong discription, size, damaged) and it does your head in trying to explain the problem to them .. let alone trying to get a refund. Half the time they dont even understand you.

Actually no, I am not ripping anybody. Never have and dont intend on it.
I have put in an enquiry regarding the policy on this with ebay. I dont expect to get what I have actually bought and paid for.

The reason I have actually raised the issue with ebay is so I have back up if my refund does not go through. But hey, call it what you will. I call it insurance.

I've been dealing with these guys for years and put heaps of people onto them, they sell a pretty good product at a pretty good price, they made a mistake, they have apologised and refunded your money, I think I'd leave it at that, you all knew it was a mistake before you bid, you took the risk and lost........maybe ask them for a nice discount on the intake as a peace measure........They are worth every cent you pay for them, I've had mine in for a couple of years now and it did make a difference down the plex.
