yep dodgy, had a friend scammed by this, the scammer whent through the trouble of making a fake paypal email an send my friend and email saying payment was made etc. all he had to do was send over 2k to a western union account.
needless he found out it was a scam shortly after and he managed to get his money back.

How on earth are people so stupid as to send money through
western union to the buyer or even accept paypal as a payment
for a car!!!!
