Well since you dont really plan to track the car, and they handle pretty good already, I'd just opt for a bigger turbo and supporting fuel mods.
A GT30 sized turbo or equivelent, twin scroll with suitable headers, external gate, keep the FMIC.

I have got a Greddy td06 20g 8cm setup,it comes with everything you need to make 350hp atw,also comes with a Greddy front mount, Greddy 4 bolt external wastegate, dump pipe, screamer pipe,$4000 for the whole kit.

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh look at me i got 300rpm more response, but ill track it once a year or never!! Smash a bigger turbo on it, and tune to suit. Use right foot in combination with clutch to overcome lag at lights
