Aero vs Pignose
Basically why is the model after the peanut called the pignose and not an aero. Here its a piggy, but I've also heard it called an aero. (and for those of you who are a bit older, its not the bubbles of nothing that really makes it something)

its called an 'aero' because the design was supposed to represent the fusalage and wings of an aeroplane. A pointer to FHI's beginnings as a aero manufacturing company. The B9 Tribeca has the same front end styling, also the concepts that came out in '07. Don't really know where pignose came from

It's called a pignose or piggy because that's what the front of the car looks like with the big snout (centre part of the grill).

"Aero" was the terminology touted by Subaru in Japan for the aircraft representation of the grille design....
In fact the term "Pignose" also originated in Japan when the MY06 Impreza came out...
