Find out exactly what ECU you have.
Contact your nearest workshop to see if they tune that ECU. i.e. ASG/MMS/RT Be prepared to be told to get rid of the microtech and use something better. Otherwise, contact Microtech and ask them who tunes the ECU for a WRX in WA.

I use to have a motec mounted IN the passenger side of the dash, so a glovebox is a step ahead.

I have seen your car when you were trying to sell it. Yes it needs a tune (will not go over 4k RPM) and the ecu needs to be rewired (looks like a back yard job).You only have a micro tech ecu and electronic Greedy boost controller it's not a second ecu.
