Default Engine transfer form *urgent*

hey, im about to sell my car, but i forgot to change the engine number from the original to the new.

I had a look on the web and manage to find the form.
One of the questions state

R.A.C Horsepower Rating.

Where do i find that information

My car im about to sell is a my97 wrx, and its new motor is a t/t legacy 2ltr

Please get back to me if anyone has done this form, and what to put in that question box.

Thanks
Yussy
