Firstly good to hear about these reports and they certainly give us (Westside Staff) a morale boost.

We recently closed the osbourne park store but our Morley and Cannington stores are still open.

Westside Sound and Image is the name we now go under but our focus is still only car audio and integration.

Another +1 for Macey and the boys. Macey sorted out my alarm system about a year ago when it wouldn't lock the drivers door, I live and work NOR but it was worth the trip to Cannington to get it sorted properly.

Only time I've ever dealt with Westside (osborne park store) was when I had my alpine dvd unit + parrot bluetooth installed. Went there due to numerous amounts of good feedback from mates. Got the car back, microphone never worked, and the bluetooth module stopped working after a couple days. When I took it back to them, the guy ASSURED me that my deck was faulty and to send it in for warranty.

I decided to have a look at it myself a couple nights later. The problem? The cable connecting the bluetooth module to the back of the deck had been burnt with a soldering iron by the looks of it, perhaps when they were wiring the speakers up. It was still working at the time so they just left it. I then went to alberts stereo next door to my work, the guy GAVE me a new one to test out overnight, because he knew I came in and had a look around quite often (hardly bought anything off them though). Worked first shot. Came back the next day and paid half price.

Been going to alberts ever since. I still hear good reviews about Westside, and clearly through here as well. But from that one experience, it's ruined them for me.

Had an issue with my Alpine HU - Bluetooth no longer working. Well half working - Could take/make calls but Audio Streaming was dead.

Took it to Westside in Morley, changed it out then and there.

+1 for these guys.
