Do all the new Sti's come stock with that cold air induction?? That tank for the sprayer is huge, correct me if im wrong but does that say 12L - Full on it!

Yeah - Spec C's get a 12 litre tank. I think the stock STi one is easily under 5. Well, in my car it is anyway. The Spec C tank is tempting!

that cold air induction has been present since 01 wrx and 00 liberty afaik

Gotta have Gold wheels. Dunno bout Aus spec cars but mine has 8,000 redline 9,000 max & I have a bugeye on STI dash with 8,000 redline, 10,000 max with 260kph speedo (anyone want to buy it?) looks the same as R/A one apart from max rpm but not dancing Defi type.

Thought they didnt have air-con in spec c RA
