Default Buying from Chaplins Genuine Subaru Parts USA

I recently purchased a new centre consol for my 08 WRX as the factory consol is poorly designed and everything you put in storage falls out when you accelerate.

Question I have is... has anybody purchased from them before and what was the lead time? My order is still "processing" after more than two weeks..

I'm about to place another order of around $650.00 (Genuine STI rear wing and front kip).. and haven't heard anything back from them regarding my shippiing query.. :-/

Also I'm thinking about buying an ipod interface and swapping out the crappy stock Stereo/CD stacker.. has anybody else done this?

They are also "not accepting phone communication"... grr :-(

They may have sent it and not updated the account information.
Happened to me with a few purchases from the states (granted none of them were with Chaplins).

Obviously email them, but depending on how busy they are it might take some time to get back to you.
I've found that if you send them an email at 5am they normally reply with in a couple of minutes

Could always speak to Macey (bumpstop) about putting in a different head unit that would piss over the stock one

have you spoken the jamie thomas? he's the internet parts manager, was very helpful when i was deling with them, his e-mail address is: jamie@chaplins.com

took about 2 days from initial contact to them sending the part i wanted, was a week for my item to get here from that day

Cheers all... have sent an email asking about lead times etc to Jamie... *fingers crossed* I get a reply soon.

Looking forward to getting my new rear wing and front lip too btw.. :-D

I did a purchase with these guys 3 weeks ago and still waiting. After the first 2 weeks i finally made contact with them, they said they had internet problems *bullshit...cough cough... and when they finally got around to looking at my order they said it was the first time they'd seen it.
