Yes.

Unless it has been disabled, but i believe only Subaru can disable this setting.
There is nothing in the Brant Manual about disabling it.

Hopefully not too thrashed. Get a good look at the offenders if they were revving the car infront of you? Hopefully the cops can get them.

It can be disabled (just like valet mode etc), it's just not an option printed in the Brant manual...
