at my old workplace, they receive the government vehicles which were past the their leasing time to be cleaned up and sold to the public which includes marked and unmarked police vehicles.
there was a nasty looking betty wrx onsite, also in black quite banged up and plenty of police related paperwork with spilt coffee stains left inside...
