Default Jap Imported STI

Hi guys, was wondering is it possible to register a license (roadworthiness) for a japanese imported MY05 STI ?

Anyone have any idea ?

If its a personal import (owned and used for 1 year in the exporting country) you will be able to import it and register it. Other wise there is no other way.

With regards to being owned and used for 1 year, does it have to be in Japan or Australia ?

You and the car must be out of australia for 12 months before bringing it here and then apply to import it prior to it arriving here. If it is already here, its too late.
