Default Subaru sti type ra question

Gday all, just thinking of selling something that i probley shouldnt be selling at all cause ive been told its sort of hard to get? its a 1996 subaru sti type ra with about 170k kms. Just wondering if i were to sell it what would one of these be worth??? It has been licenced as a vehicle to be only drivin to the track, workshop, or shows as it says on the papers. Its in pretty good condition, as seen in display picture, never had any dramas with it, done most of this years speed event series for my first time of actually taking a car too a track and stuff. First subaru aswell, have got plans to get somthing abit newer. Any help would be awesome to what it should sell for as im not quite sure haha. Cheers everyone

Thats really game of you Mitch, hope you have your flame suit on for those who think your really only trying to sell something, anything.

OK yes you do hope to sell it, but I think its fair to ask a WRX forum what a less than common, but still a WRX would be worth.

Probably about 5 - 7k on a good day but that's just my opinion, and roughly what they were selling for at JWS a few years ago.

Im not that worried about selling it, just didnt know what there are selling for. Might aswell just use it for a cut up bush hack if there not worth anything. Haha.

that is an expensive bush hack...

Please do not do this. Hell, if i had cash i'd buy it and build an army of white GC STi RA's.

My A rego'd version 3 STi RA was purchased 3ish years ago with a solid package for around 16.5k...so i'd say around 7-8k is fair.

You could probably part it out and make more cash and flog the shell if it's in good nick. Or build a weapon!

Or buy a licensed shell and swap everything over... not sure if it's worth the effort though :\
