08+ Headlight Bulbs

Hey guys.

I have an 08 STI and im sure its the same for the 09, 10 and 11 models but why aren't the fog light bulbs the same as the headlights and does anyone know where i can get the same headlight bulbs for my fog lights to match the headlights??
