would 5x108 21545Z17 tyre rims fit a wrx bugeye? is it the same as stock wheel size?

you need rims that have a pcd of 5 x 100

Not adviseable, but holes can be professionally enlarge by a wheel specialist to fit the Subaru.

112 cannot fit to 114.3 as the hole sizes are different. Holes can be enlarged to suit. I have fitted 114.3 to 112 (benz) without any problems though but bear in mind that the Benz uses a lock bolt instead of lug nuts in the case of a Subaru.
