What boost do you run in your 2.5T ?

hey P-WRXers!
Just curious to know how much boost people run in their 2.5 WRX's??

Considering upping it in my MY06 WRX.

Is it stock?

4bar should be about right.

4 bar is ridiculous. :o

Aim for between 2 and 3 bar max. That should really up your power stroke injection (psi). Be sure to fit an air oil seperator - the blow by may increase.

Rossco 20-11-2011 05:34 PM

Suggest you get a verso tune mate otherwise **boom!**

Mister Two 20-11-2011 05:39 PM

I run 1.5 BAR daily in my EJ257 with forged pistons.

1.6-1.7 BAR if I'm "in the mood"

4bar was a joke doofus.
Even 2bar would be too much if it is stock. 2 bar is 30psi FFS.

It all depends upon what mods you may have made.
As Rossco said, Verso tune would be were I would start too.
